Canning green beans have to pick the besnns then snap them into about 1inch pieces.Then you wash the pint jars in warm
water fill the jars up leave about a inch from top .half teaspoon of canning salt in each jar put.make sure top of jar is dry.screw cap
down tight on each jar.het pressure cooker out put 3inches of water in bottom and 3 tablespoons of vinegar start cooker on stove cook til steam
comes out put pressure cap on cook 20 minutes then shut off let stand for 2 hours before opening canning complete should be good for up to
2 years



will taste that fresh bean taste when it’s 20 below zero next winter
